Public Benefit - What trustees need to think about

In January 2008 the Charity Commission will publish their guidance about charities and public benefit.  Later in 2008, parts of the Charities Act 2006 which deal with public benefit and which will affect the trustees of all charities are expected to come into force.  Jane Hobson, Head of Policy at the Commission will look at the impact of the changes and what this means for charities.
