  Rebecca Patrickson:  Rebecca is a solicitor in the company commercial department, acting for businesses and charities of all sizes. Rebecca has experience of advising a range of charitable clients on the commercial aspects of their work, including advising on commercial agreements, the constitution of organisations and the formation and registration of charitable entities.
  Anne-Marie Piper:  Anne-Marie specialises in charity law and acts for sponsors of new charities, directors, trustees and officers of existing charities and other not-for-profit bodies and individuals and companies wishing to make charitable gifts or do business with charities. She is also well known for her handling of Charity Commission investigations and acting, for and against, Charity Commission appointed receivers and managers. Founder, former secretary and former Chairman of the Charity Law Association, Anne-Marie also lectures and writes regularly on charity law subjects.
  Iain Pritchard:   Iain is a partner at Sayer Vincent and leads on consultancy assignments involving information system planning and implementation. Iain has worked in both the commercial and voluntary sectors and has been head of IS at The Children's Society and at The Anthony Nolan Bone Marrow Trust. Iain is currently advising a range of national charities in areas from strategic planning and project governance to system selection and implementation management. Iain speaks regularly at key charity events and at the IS Benchlearning Forum on successful information systems planning.
  Mohammad Shahid Raza:   Mohammad is the Deputy Director of the Muslim College in London and is the President of the World Islamic Mission of Europe. He was a founding trustee in the formation of the Muslim body, the British Muslim Forum which represents over 500 mosques and other Muslim organisations in the United Kingdom. He is also chair of MINAB – the Mosques and Imams National Advisory Board.
  Martin Shaw:   Martin is a partner with MIDAS Charity Appeals and has worked with Midas in various capacities since 1995. He specialises in fundraising appeals and has a particular interest in raising money from the corporate sector, events, and in the faith sector. He has held a number of senior posts in the not for profit sector and local authorities, including Chief Executive of a national voluntary Jewish youth organisation.
  Michael Sinha:  Michael qualified as a lawyer in 1986 and has practised in London since 1988. Michael specialises in all aspects of commercial property with substantial experience of high-end investment property work and landlord and tenant matters in the commercial and retail sectors. He is highly experienced in dealing with the Not for Profit Sector having for many years advised NHS Trusts, housing associations, charitable organisations and religious denominations, as well as government organisations, on the acquisition, disposal and management of their property assets. Michael is a trustee of the FSI.
